Dennis Cohen is a management consultant working with clients to align and optimize their strategic execution process. This includes strategy formulation, implementation through project and program management and leadership coaching.

Dennis is the author of numerous articles, book chapters, and co-author with Robert J. Graham of The Project Manager’s MBA. He is the founder and president of OPnet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA).

Dennis was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Management for the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an instructor in the MBA leadership program.
