Thomas Reis is a management consultant with 17 years of leadership experience in multinational organizations. He is CEO of the Human Resources Consultancy Reis + Friends Management Consulting in Meerbusch, Germany.

Previously, Thomas was Head of Human Resources for an automotive supplier with 7’000 employees. As Training Manager at McKinsey & Co. he was responsible for the Building Institutional Skills Practice.

Thomas studied applied linguistics and economics. He holds an MBA from GSBA Zurich and SUNY New York.
