Ute Milotich is a founding partner of Claxus in Zurich. She offers workshops and individual coaching to help business leaders develop presence and improve communication skills. Her focus is on training the voice, designing clear messages and using simple drawings to get the point across.

Over the last 15 years, she has developed learning solutions and led seminars for clients including Alstom, Barry Callebaut, BKW, Nestlé Nespresso, Swiss Virtual Campus and Verizon.

Ute teaches courses in Instructional Design at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) and the University of Zurich. She is certified as a Project Management Professional PMP®.
